Forms required for setup & customization

STOP: At this time, only libraries in Colorado are eligible to use ReadingRecord.

Site setup

To get your live site setup, do the following:

  1. Read this document ;-) and the Self-registration screenshots document.
  2. Download the “2010 setup form” & “2010 customization spreadsheet” forms at the end of this document.
  3. Fill out the setup form & applicable tabs on the customization spreadsheet.
  4. Return them via e-mail to Eric Sisler.
  5. Once your site is setup, try it out to make sure all options & customizations are configured as you'd like. We'll make any necessary adjustments at this time.
TIP: Try to fill out the forms as completely & accurately as possible, but don't worry about getting everything “perfect”. ReadingRecord is flexible enough that making changes to your setup is generally quite easy.

    • A brief description of the prize given or instructions for completing each level.

Forms

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Once you have completed the forms, send them to Eric Sisler. We will then begin setting up ReadingRecord for your library.
